Ordering Ammunition

Federal State and Local Laws regarding the sale of ammunition:

We comply with all local, state and federal laws.  The following list of state and local laws is not represented to be inclusive of the many laws regarding the purchase of ammunition in all 50 states.

You must be aware of any laws affecting your ability to purchase ammunition.  Laws regarding the purchase of ammunition are subject to frequent change and court interpretation.  This summary is not intended as legal advice or restatement of law.

State Laws regarding the sale of Firearms and Ammunition:

Individual, local, and state laws are too numerous to list. However, the following sales restrictions will apply:

California:  No sales of ammunition to the city of Los Angeles, all of Orange County, or San Francisco.  Check other local and State laws before ordering.  All other residents of CA must complete and return the Ammunition Sales and Certification Agreement prior to shipment.

Illinois:  Residents must include a copy of their FOID card with a Drivers License or State ID, and the ammunition may be shipped only to an address on either of these documents. No ammunition sales to Chicago or Cook County.

Massachusetts:  No ammunition/hazmat sales to Massachusetts. 

New Jersey:  Any New Jersey resident who seeks to purchase ammunition will be required to provide a copy of his/her firearms permit or licensure documents and a copy or his/her New Jersey photo driver's license or other form of currently valid government-issued ID such as a passport.  All ammunition purchased will only be shipped to the address listed on the presented personal identification documents. No hazmat sales of any kind.

New York:  No ammunition sales to New York City, check other local and state laws before ordering.  All other residents of NY must complete and return an Ammunition Sales and Certification Agreement prior to shipping.

Washington DC:  No sales of any kind.


Please complete and sign Ammunition Sales and Certification Agreement and mail, Fax, or Email it to us with a copy of your driver's license or other government ID.  If you are unable to print the statement, call or email us and we will be happy to fax, mail or email you one to complete.

Ammunition Statement:

Please complete the ammunition statement in a neat and complete manner, and be sure to include your email address. You need only do this once and we will keep it on file for your account.

We must be able to read the photo copy of your drivers license to process your order.  Please ensure it is readable before you fax it.  Failure to do so will delay your order being processed.
