LOAD OF THE WEEK- X-1  (ITX SHOT)

Ahead of the curve, CURMUDGEON is shooting the ITX shot.   A mixture of powdered tungsten, iron and soft bonding agent producing round (belted) pellets in very uniform size and weight.  The pellets are heavier than steel, a bit lighter than lead and as soft as high antimony laced lead.   Nifty stuff!  Pellets are true #4’s, #2s, &  BB’s.  Teal season approaches at the time we expect the ITX shot to be ready for shipping.

FOLD CRIMP: 6-point (Recommended for new hulls).  Over shot, #OS12 card used.

Results:  9600 PSI 1365 FPS

SHOT:  1 1/4 ounce ITX BB shot (546 grains).     

FOLD CRIMP: 6-point (Recommended for new hulls).  Over shot, #OS12 used.

BUFFER: None.

Results:  12500 PSI 1380 FPS
