Prices: Prices and
specifications, including product color, are subject to change
without notice. Any and all errors including descriptive,
photographic and/or typographical are subject to correction.
Geographic
Restrictions: We comply
with all local, state and federal laws. The following list of
state and local laws is not represented to be inclusive of the
many laws regarding the purchase of ammunition in all 50 states.
You must be aware of any laws affecting your ability to purchase
ammunition. Laws regarding the purchase of ammunition are
subject to frequent change and court interpretation. This
summary is not intended as legal advice or restatement of law.
Individual, local, and state laws are too numerous to list.
However, the following sales restrictions will apply: Must be 18
or older to purchase. By purchasing, you acknowledge that you
have read the notice of restricted items on the previous page,
that you are an adult and are not under any legal disability
that would preclude you from purchasing, owning possessing or
transferring the item or items you are ordering. Illinois
residents must present a Firearm Owner’s Identification Card
(FOID) to purchase ammunition.
Carriers:
Ballistic Products Inc. reserves the right to select carriers.
Orders shipped in more than 1 box may incur additional shipping
service charges. Shipping prices and fees are subject to change
without notice. Items ordered together are not necessarily
shipped together Deliveries are sometimes subject to carrier
delays. We are always looking to save you on shipping costs!
Out of Stock
Items / Merchandise Preorders:
Many of the products we sell aren’t so common. Most are not
mass-produced. Even if we buy every single one made, we might
run out. We don’t generally backorder merchandise, however, if
an item you want is out of stock you will be notified at the
time your order is placed. Should you want, we will give you
priority status for the next available and you can pre-order at
that time. With certain high-demand items this is highly
recommended and a way to assure getting yours.
Returning
Merchandise: Don’t worry;
we’ll take care of you. Customer Satisfaction is our #1 goal, so
if you need to return something, please let us know and we will
make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. We will accept
defective or unused products in resalable condition within 60
days from purchase for a refund, credit or an exchange. You will
need to obtain a RMA # from our customer service department. You
can call 763-494-9237 763-494-9237 or send an email to
info@ballisticproducts.com to acquire a RMA#. Put the RMA# on
the package and follow the instructions on the back of your
invoice. You may incur a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept
returns on copyrighted material such as books, videos or
manuals, ammunition, powder or primers.
Product
Warranties: We will
replace any product manufactured by Ballistic Products that does
not perform to your satisfaction when used properly and
according to published instructions. Products not manufactured
by Ballistic Products are covered by the manufacturer’s stated
warranty. In some cases, customers may be directed to the
manufacturer for warranty service or claims, however, we will
advise and assist our customers with warrant conditions and
terms. Neither Ballistic Products nor the manufacturer may be
held responsible for customer misuse, abuse or misapplications
of products. Read all instructions prior to using products. Read
and follow all laws and local ordinances. Misuse of products
could endanger the user and bystanders. Please review all
disclaimers.
Powder and
Primer Shipping (HAZMAT) Fees:
Applies to primers and powder in the catalog. Hazmat rates are
per package. You may receive up to 50 lbs. per package and may
combine powder and primers, but powder has to be limited to no
more than 32 lbs. per package. Powder cannot be shipped by air.

Ground Hazmat - $22.50 Air Hazmat - $32.50 per package.

Where data contained in catalogs and booklets list specific
components - no changes or substitutions for these components
can be made, except substitutions of shot sizes that will equate
to exactly the same weight charge listed, without risking
significant changes in the level of ballistic performance and/or
safety of the loads shown. Follow loading data exactly and do
not substitute components. We make no warranties, express or
implied; limited or full; specifically disclaim any and all
warranties of fitness for particular purpose and
merchantability; and specifically disclaim any and all liability
for consequential damages of any kind whatsoever. All products
and information are sold “as is”. Failure to comply with
standardized warnings of reloading; lead and all other pellet
types; dram equivalence; powder and primer storage and
measurement; component applications and the safe and
appropriated use of firearms per se or the use published data
exactly as shown may result in accidents with serious injury
and/or death to the shooter and/or bystanders.
