This tool is cleverly designed. It places knife and scissor blades at a perfect angle for a keen, long-lasting edge on both sides of the blade. This is all accomplished with the same stroke. Usually three or four strokes through the carbide sharpener is enough to give you a great edge.

The scissors sharpener is actually a separate portion of the tool, which is a tool you hardly ever see. However, it is a real convenience and a sharp scissors is an amazing difference.
