If any representation in the Customer Affidavit is false or misleading, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Ballistic Products, Inc., its owners, agents, officers, and employees from and against any and all resulting claims, losses, damages, liabilities, penalties, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, civil liability, and criminal prosecution.
We use commercially reasonable efforts to deliver your order promptly and without incident. At checkout, you may select a shipping method and designate the delivery address for your order. Once submitted, shipping information may not be changed after checkout. Title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address provided at checkout, as reflected in the carrier’s records. Upon delivery, you assume all risk of loss, theft, or damage. Ballistic Products, Inc. is released from all liability and responsibility for products after delivery.
Ballistic Products, Inc. does not ship to any destination where shipment of the applicable product is prohibited by law. If you attempt to ship an order to a restricted destination, your order may be cancelled and subject to any applicable cancellation fee.
Please review your order carefully before submitting it. We may not be able to cancel or modify an order once it has entered processing.
We reserve the right to cancel any order, in whole or in part, if you fail to comply with these Terms and Conditions or if we are unable to lawfully fulfill the order. If we cancel your order, you will receive a refund of the purchase amount paid for the cancelled items.
Products must be returned within thirty (30) days of shipment.
To initiate a return, please contact us at cs@ballisticproducts.com to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.
The RA number must be included with the return to ensure proper processing of any refund or exchange. Any damage must be noted. All returned products are inspected upon arrival at our warehouse. After inspection, we will issue a replacement, store credit, or refund as applicable. Only products returned in new, sellable condition will receive full credit, unless the damage occurred in transit and was properly reported and documented.
If you request return of a product after it has been received at our warehouse, you may be responsible for additional shipping charges to return the product to you.
Ballistic Products, Inc. is a retailer of products designed, manufactured, and tested by third parties. Accordingly, Ballistic Products, Inc. makes no warranty, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to any products sold through this website.
Ballistic Products, Inc. also disclaims responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or application of any information provided to you, and for how you use such information. You consent to the jurisdiction and venue of such courts and waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or otherwise. Minnesota law will govern any such claim, action, or proceeding, without regard to conflict of law principles.
Any dispute resolution proceeding, including litigation, arbitration, or mediation, between you and Ballistic Products, Inc. will be conducted solely on an individual basis and not as a class, consolidated, or representative action. You knowingly and voluntarily waive any right to participate in or bring any class, collective, or representative claim against Ballistic Products, Inc.
We may retain each customer’s name and email address to communicate about orders, promotions, and other products or services. By creating an account or placing an order through www.ballisticproducts.com, you authorize Ballistic Products, Inc. to send follow-up emails relating to your purchase and other marketing or informational emails. Your information will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe link included in our emails. Ballistic Products, Inc. is not responsible for pricing errors contained in emails or advertisements; website prices control.
