BACKGROUND AND HISTORY:

The shotshell industry of Northern Italy is likely the oldest in the world. With the founding of major gun manufacturers, such as Beretta in 1526, cottage industry businesses sprang up around these areas. Gunsmiths, toolmakers, and ammunition specialists of all types helped to fuel innovation and invention. Like Italian cuisine, art, and architecture, ammunition and toolmaking are powered by passion and innovation. We are proud to be GAEP's appointed distributor of their fine loading products for North America. Our line of GAEP products will continue to grow and expand.

GAEP is an artisan manufacturer. Each tool requires painstaking hand-made precision. Our goal is to maintain a regular stock of as many of their products as possible. However, the logistics of their artisan production and the reality of importation from Italy means that we will have stock gaps from time to time. The best way to assure your order fulfillment is to place an order or back order. You order will not be charged until your product ships to you.

hold it in your hand. do not mount it 10/2/2025
instead of installing onto my gaep, i had it on a mec 600 jr, left front hole, which should have been perfect. but, if one is trying to cut the stitching in a two petal wad and add two petals, its impossible to see the blades hit the pre-cut/stitched on both sides. so i just hold the arbor in one hand and align and push the wad with the other hand. perfect four petals! pro tip: there are two spacers with notches on the shaft that hold the four blades. make sure one is at the top, the other at the bottom so the blades cut straight. if theyre stacked at the bottom when the tool is upside down, inevitably there will be one that is slightly off and make a less than straight cut
