REDUCING EXPOSURE: Lead contamination in the air, in dust, and on your skin is invisible. Keep children and pregnant women away during use and until cleanup is complete. Risk can be reduced - but not eliminated - with strong ventilation; washing hands immediately after use of these products before eating or smoking; and careful cleaning of surfaces and floors with disposable wipes, after lead dust has had a chance to settle. Use a lead specific cleaner with EDTA, or hand soaps specifically designed to remove heavy metals.
WARNING: Melting lead and casting lead objects will expose you and others in the area to lead, which is known to cause birth defects, other reproductive harm and cancer. USE STRONG VENTILATION!

|Short Range Wrecking Ball||12/27/2013|
|Ive shot this in both smooth-bored and rifled Mossberg 500 barrels. At a distance of 25 yards, groups averaged approx. 4 inches or so...with either barrel. The original load by Lyman utilized a wad with the petals trimmed off inside WWAA hulls and this left heavy leading in the rifled barrel...very long, thin strips of pure lead. Not hard to remove but took longer to clean than normal. Down range these round balls hit really hard and Im fairly positive anything thats hit with them is going down! A newer and larger .715 ball is now available....I would like to see one of the big mold makers put a mold that size on the market, as I do all my own bullet casting. To wrap this up...the .690 round ball is well worth experimenting with and Im sure I can tighten up the grouping with further load development. Big and slow gets the job done!!!|
