Working with Goodell Shotshell Co, we made a new slug mold core pin that converts your standard 7/8oz and 1oz lee slug molds, into a hollow core slug that is able to accept the GSC cushioned wad, the most aerodynamic slug wad available on the market today.The Lee mold and handles are not included

| Email Ryan Goodell at the GSC website. He designed and makes it. He can provide a little load data. Other than that use the Lee 7/8 data. Lee makes a mold for 7/8 and there is data for it. The Lyman Foster slug doesnt work with this. Use the Thug Slug wad for it. The GSC fits many other slugs though....I like it. | ||

| I was really hoping this slug mold modification would work as advertised and it does, but theres a caveat. I have a 1 oz Lee Drive Key mold. Upon installation of this pin, it changed the weight of my cast slugs to 7/8 oz. I cast my slugs in pure lead and can confirm by the mold stamp that it is in fact a 1oz mold. Changing the weight of the slug also nullifies my load data and components purchased for 1 oz Drive Key slugs. | ||
