OMV Simply 6S 6-Station Reloading Press Complete
If you are using this with either the standard or auto-drive air system, you will need a small air compressor (Air system sold separately)
This 6-station reloading press allows for speedy and precise loading. It features easy regulation and micrometric dispensers with a vibrating mechanism for precise, adjustable powder and shot weights. Key features include anti-static powder tubing, an adjustable steel star crimper, and a 900 rpm roll crimper driven by a belt-pull motor for efficiency. The press can operate in both automatic and manual modes. The Simply can load both 2-3/4" and 3" hulls and can be adjusted to any height in between using the height regulator on the side. To clean shot and powder dispenser bottles on the units simply empty the contents and clean with a soft cloth or compressed air. Dismantling the plexiglass is not recommended.

This system can be applied to all Simply presses.
With this system machine movement is managed by an air piston.
It requires a little air compressor (not included in price) that hold about 50/100 L.
Pressure required for this system is about 4.5 bar.

• Rotary Disks
• Steel star crimper
• Ribassatore (in 6s version)
• Steel roll crimper with guide bush
• Descend tube for powder and lead appropriate to the caliber.
IMPORTANT NOTE ON RPM: OMV crimp heads are optimized for operation at 900 RPM, which is the standard speed for their crimp head arbor. Many hand drills and some drill presses do not reach this rotational speed. If you experience crimping issues with OMV products, the first step is to verify that you are operating at the correct speed.
