VALU-SHOT: Surplus components from a major U.S. cartridge manufacturer

Our VALU-SHOT is surplus shot from a major U.S. cartridge manufacturer. It is contained and sorted by size through a rigid demilitarization process. Certain sizes will contain a mix of copper-plated and standard hardened lead buck shot with a minimum hardness of 15 Vickers.  

#6 Shot may contain a mixture of standard lead shot and copper-plated lead shot.

De-Mil materials: This means that these components have been extracted from manufactured cartridges. The company that performs this action acknowledges that imperfections can and do exist in these components. This is why they are priced very aggressively. If you require perfect components, please look at our specific departments for newly-manufactured components.

If price drives all your decisions...get it 4/24/2026
This shot is inconsistent with both size and uniformity You will get some 6s, 7 1/2s and 9s . Also, many are not close to being round. Some are actually squashed flat. But.. it is indeed value. Just be informed.
