Vihtavuori 3N37 Smokeless Powder (4 lb)
For shotshells, we've been working with this powder in the range of our loads that use a medium-slow burn-rate. Think of HS-6 and WSF. (NOT a substitute, but the burn rate is close).
Originally developed for .22 rimfire cartridges but has proven to be very versatile and desirable within all competitive handgun shooting disciplines. The burning speed of this small grain powder is near to N350 and Vectan A0. Reloading data available for all popular handgun cartridges.
The 3N37 is tubular, porous powder type with grain dimensions of 0,6 mm length and 0,6 mm diameter. The symmetrical grain size makes metering a breeze in powder measures. The burning rate of the 3N37 is close to N350 and on the medium scale of our handgun powders.
