Receiving Your Order: Carefully inspect your shipment and review your packing list for status of back ordered items and partial shipments. Hazmat products and other items ship separately and may not accompany your original shipment. If any products are missing and/or damage has occurred, retain the container/box, and take a picture for claims purposes. Contact BPI immediately. We will correct your order and initiate the claim process with the carrier.

Returning Merchandise: Complete customer satisfaction is our goal. If you need to return a product, please contact us and we will make every reasonable effort to satisfy you. We will accept unused products in resalable condition within 60 days from purchase for a refund, credit, or an exchange. You must obtain a RMA# from our customer service department. Call 763-494-9237 or email info@ballisticproducts.com to obtain a RMA#. Write the RMA# on the package and ship via traceable method to our physical address. You may incur a 15% restocking fee. We do not accept returns on copyrighted material such as books, videos, or manuals. For safety reasons we cannot accept returns on ammunition, powder, or primers.

Product Warranties: We will replace any product manufactured by Ballistic Products that does not perform to your satisfaction when used properly and according to published instructions. Products not manufactured by Ballistic Products are covered by their manufacturer's stated warranty. In some cases, customers may be directed to the manufacturer for warranty service or claims. Our customer service will advise and assist our customers with warranty conditions and terms. Neither Ballistic Products nor the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer misuse, abuse, or misapplications of products. Read all instructions prior to using products. Read and follow all laws and local ordinances. Misuse of products could endanger the user and bystanders. Please review all disclaimers.

Warnings and Geographic Restrictions: We comply with all local, state, and federal laws. The following list of state and local laws is not represented to be inclusive of the many laws regarding the purchase of ammunition in all 50 states. It is your responsibility to be aware of any state or local laws affecting your ability to purchase ammunition or components. LIABILITY: BALLISTIC PRODUCTS, INC SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE DUE TO DELAY OR CHANGE IN SHIPMENT SCHEDULE OR FAILURE TO DELIVER CAUSED BY ACCIDENT, FIRES, STRIKES, RIOTS, CIVIL COMMOTION, INSURRECTION, WAR, THE ELEMENTS, EMBARGOES, FAILURE OF CARRIER'S INABILITY TO OBTAIN TRANSPORTATION FACILITIES, GOVERNMENT RESTRICTIONS, ACT OF GOD OR PUBLIC ENEMY, PRIOR ORDERS FROM CUSTOMER OR LIMITATIONS OF BALLISTIC PRODUCTS, INC AND/OR ITS SUPPLIERS' PRODUCTION OR MARKETING ACTIVITIES OR ANY OTHER CAUSES OR CONTINGENCIES BEYOND BALLISTIC PRODUCTS, INC.’S CONTROL. BALLISTIC PRODUCTS, INC.’S LIABILITY FOR DEFECTIVE PRODUCTS SHALL NOT EXCEED THE PURCHASE PRICE PAID BY BUYER AND IN NO EVENT SHALL BALLISTIC PRODUCTS, INC BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, WHETHER FORESEEABLE OR NOT, CAUSED BY DEFECTS IN SUCH PRODUCTS, WHETHER SUCH DAMAGE OCCURS OR IS DISCOVERED BEFORE OR AFTER REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT AND WHETHER OR NOT SUCH DAMAGE IS CAUSED BY BALLISTIC PRODUCTS, INC'S NEGLIGENCE.

IN PLACING THIS ORDER, BUYER WARRANTS TO BALLISTIC PRODUCTS, INC THAT BUYER HAS LAWFUL AUTHORITY TO ORDER AND USE PRODUCTS ORDERED AND SUCH USE IS NOT IN VIOLATION OF ANY STATE OR FEDERAL LAW.  IN ACCEPTING DELIVERY OF SAID PRODUCTS FROM BALLISTIC PRODUCTS, INC, BUYER WARRANTS THAT SUCH PRODUCTS SHALL NEVER BE USED TO VIOLATE THE TRADEMARK OR COPYRIGHT LAWS OF THE U.S.

SEVERABILITY: EACH PROVISION HEREOF IS SEVERABLE. IF ANY IS HELD INVALID OR UNENFORCEABLE, THE REMAINDER SHALL NEVERTHELESS REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT.
