Maximize the efficiency of your loading process with the BPI Vibration Station, the original “Buffer Stuffer.” Designed specifically for the critical buffer and shot-compaction stage, the Vibration Station makes high-performance shotshell reloading fast and easy. This essential tool quickly and efficiently settles buffer material into the shot column while vibrating pellets into a tighter, more uniform arrangement. The built-in rheostat lets you control vibration speed with ease, safety, and accuracy.

Once you use the Vibration Station, you’ll wonder how you ever loaded without it.

Operating Instructions:
     1. Connect the power supply.
     2. Place the shell to be vibrated on the vibrating plate.
     3. Adjust the control knob: Clockwise rotation: Increase vibration intensity. Counterclockwise rotation: Decrease vibration intensity.
     4. Once the vibration process is complete, turn the knob to the off position to stop the device.
     5. Remove the shell for use

Safety and Maintenance Notes:
     • Ensure the power supply is properly grounded before operation.
     • Do not adjust the vibration intensity too quickly during use. Always adjust slowly from low to high, and reduce slowly from high to low when stopping.
     • Disconnect the power supply immediately after use.
     • Regularly clean the device surface to keep it clean and extend its service life.
